RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

 

Exchange Policy (Courier & Retail Stores)

All items are exchangeable within 7 days from the invoice date. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags, accessories, and packaging intact. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and are allowed once per item.

No exchanges allowed for Stock Clearance items.

If the desired exchange item is out of stock, you may select another item. If the new item is higher in value, you must pay the difference. If it is lower in value, no cash refund will be given.

Items that are worn, altered, damaged, or incomplete will not be accepted.

If we determine the returned item does not meet our exchange policy, it will be sent back at your cost.


Exchanges by Courier

For items purchased through our website, returns must be done manually by the buyer, shipping the item to our HQ Wangsa Maju.

Steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service via WhatsApp or Call at +60167572751 to receive detailed instructions and guidelines.
  2. Ship the item to our HQ in Wangsa Maju as per the provided instructions.
  3. Ensure the item is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
  4. Items remain your responsibility until they reach our HQ.
  5. Returns in unsuitable condition will be sent back at your cost or disposed of.
  6. No cash refunds. Exchanges are processed within 7 working days.

Exchanges in Retail Stores

Items bought online or from outlets can be exchanged at any Songket Dunia Outlet, subject to stock availability. Please call the specific outlet to check stock before visiting.

Steps:

  1. Present the proof of purchase (invoice or order details).
  2. Bring the item with original packaging to your preferred store.
  3. Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets exchange conditions.
  4. If your desired item is out of stock, you may exchange it for another item (subject to stock availability).
  5. If the new item is higher in value, pay the difference. If lower in value, no cash refund applies.
